An accomplished author, Bruce Potter joined The Center for Collaborative Expertise in Zionsville, Indiana, as a consultant in 2025. In this role, he helps the organization apply research-based solutions to classrooms. Bruce Potter strives to innovate and improve classroom processes by introducing practical, sustainable, and measurable practices. He is also the co-author of Grading Visible Learners: Learning with Fluidity, Not Finality, an ebook that has guided multiple schools to the prestigious Visible Learning Associate School certification.

His professional interests include professional development, clarity in grading, innovations in professional learning communities, and teacher clarity. Bruce Potter has conducted several webinars and published articles exploring these subjects. He also works as an independent consultant with Corwin Press.

Bruce Potter earned a master of arts in administration from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams.
